Well said. Blood is a sacred and necessary fact of life. Thanks to the miracle of contraception though, I can’t say this is something I find myself pondering too often anymore. Sacred as it may be, it’s a modern delight to not have to bleed 12 times a year if I don’t want to. But should the situation ever come up, it is indeed a potential nail in the coffin. It’s reassuring to see that the concern is rarely substantiated: ask an aroused man if he minds. Didn’t think so.

When all is said and done, with the sheets drenched in sweat and skin coated in various bodily fluids, what is there left to say ew about? I think this would be a great article to distribute to boys and girls exploring their new found sexuality, but I hope for the sake of humankind this isn’t something a grown ass man needs to read. Making a woman feel uncomfortable about her glorious body should be a guaranteed death sentence in the playbook.
